Owners Meeting at PCOA24

Following discussion at the Owners meeting (SIG) during PCOA23 in Adelaide regarding the need for extended interaction and sharing time, and the topic raised at the recent Owners Zoom meeting chaired by Paula Leishman, we have developed a schedule for the Owners meeting at PCOA24 in Brisbane. This new schedule outlined for PCOA24 below aims to provide ample time for meaningful engagement and collaborative discussion. 

Saturday 30 November 2:00pm - 5:30pm

• This session is designed to gather owner/director members to discuss key topics and share insights

The structure includes:

• Initial discussions on a few topical subjects and define several key issues.
• Group work to explore these issues and establish actionable plans to be presented to the whole group for endorsement and activation.
• Owner/director members will be surveyed prior to the conference to rank the top 10 issues to be addressed during the Saturday afternoon session.

Saturday 30 November 6:30pm - 8:30pm:

• Networking dinner and drinks.

• Traditional 2-hour meeting featuring an expert speaker on a relevant topic such as workplace relations or setting your business up for sale.

To participate in these sessions, you must be working as an Owner or Director of a Professional Conference Organising Company and be a current Owner/director member of the PCOA.

These are closed sessions, and you must be pre-registered to attend.
