Non PCOA Member whose core responsibility is the coordinator and/or management of conferences, meetings and events including directors/owners, in-house, conference and event management educators, not for profit organisations and convention bureaux.
Limit of two (2) registrations per organisation @ $2250 each - subject to availability)
Anyone that supplies to the business events industry such as venue or hotel team members.

A discount is available for registrations received and paid before Friday 17 October 2025. Any registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
The welcome function will be held on Sunday 7 December in the exhibition area from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. A partner ticket can be purchased during registration.
The networking function will be held on Monday 8 December from 5.30pm to 8.00pm. Additional tickets cannot be purchased for this function.
Workshops will be held on Sunday 7th December. Numbers are limited.
Smart casual dress and flat comfortable shoes are recommended for the event.

A karakia is a short Māori prayer or blessing used to open or close an event, helping to set the tone and bring people together. It acknowledges the space, the people, and the purpose of the gathering. This karakia has been selected by Liz Kereru (Ngāi Tūāhuriri) to align to the 2025 PCOA conference theme of connection and community.
