The ICMI Discovery Stage will bring together fresh voices and experienced talent offering new perspectives, practical ideas and thought-provoking conversations.

From practical tips on wellness in the workplace to lived experience in advocacy and resilience, communication, influence and human connection, through to finding your purpose, the Discovery Stage is a chance to explore fresh thinking, hear different perspectives and discover ideas that can shape workplaces, leadership and future events.

And with speakers more accustomed to the big screen or large stage, this is a rare chance to experience them up close and personal in a much more intimate setting.

As part of the PCOA program, the ICMI Discovery Stage will run as a breakout session, conveniently located in the east corner of the exhibition and trade area.
