This competition offers the chance to win four registrations to PCOA 2025.

The registrations are for:

• Members or Non-Members whose core responsibilities include the end-to-end management of conferences, meetings, and events. This encompasses directors/owners, event producers, event managers and coordinators, and in-house event managers and coordinators within corporate, government, or association sectors.

This is an individual or group competition, with up to four individuals able to win registrations for next year (2025). You have until the end of next week to submit your video pitches (13 December 2024). The app is still open—just scroll down to Natalie’s session and upload your 30-second video. Think of it as a quick commercial, showcasing how to make future events sustainable. 

• Promoter: PCOA (Professional Conference Organisers Association). 
• Eligibility: Open to all member and non-member registered delegates of the PCOA 2024 Conference. 
• Excluded: Program Committee members, PCOA Councillors, staff of PCOA, suppliers, and exhibitors. 
• Entry Method: The PCOA24 app is still open—just scroll down to Natalie’s session and upload your 30-second video.
• Judging: Entries will be judged by Natalie Simmons based on creativity and impact. Winner 
• Prize: Up to four registrations to the value of $1500 per registration for the 2025 Conference (excludes flights and accommodation). Prizes may not be transferred. 
• Privacy: Personal information will only be used for competition purposes and will comply with privacy laws. General: The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
